Whether you are a returning parent or you are signing up your child for football/cheer for the first time, we'd like to welcome you to Guilderland Pop Warner. If you prefer the convenience of registering online and paying with a credit card, you can use this service to register for Football and/or Cheerleading or if you cannot make one of our in-person registrations.
At this time GPW will not be passing onto your registration any online fees
associated with the costs that GPW has to pay to the National Pop Warner
organization for use of their online registration system. We think you will
find this system to be very user friendly and we hope your child and you have
a wonderful experience with GPW.
Please do not attempt to
Login or use the Forgot Password routine until you have successfully created a
new account for the 2010 season. Once you have created your account on
this new system you will be able to use the
Returning Users login boxes
on
your next visit.
If you already created an account
for the 2009 season and this is the method you used to register in 2009 you
will not need to create a new account.

To register for Guilderland Pop Warner you will need the following:
1. A copy of your child’s birth certificate (an official raised seal copy will be needed for any post season competitions).
2. A recent wallet size picture of the head and shoulders ( a school picture works great).
3. A signed physician’s statement. The form is available on-line. This does not require a physical however your doctor may require one prior to signing. [Medical Form ]-word Document
4. A copy of the June report card. (Preschool and kindergarten excluded).

6. Payment is required to complete the registration process. If you are using our online registration payment can be made by credit card. Registration forms can be downloaded from the links above and then should be mailed to our po box. If you are not using our online registration then a check needs to be included with your mailing packet. All registration forms and medical releases must be completed. No football player or cheerleader will be allowed to practice until all forms are submitted to GPW.

The fundraising consists of selling 5 raffle tickets per child. Your registration fee includes the cost of (5) $5 tickets and no additional monies are due GPW. The raffle ticket proceeds are yours to keep, but the stubs must be turned in. All fees shall be paid in full at the time of registration.
Drawing will be on our Family Fun Night in August .

If more than one child from the same family registers subtract $10 from each player for a sibling discount.
Pop Warner is a first come first serve organization. No children will be given preference treatment under any circumstance. Waiting lists will be established based on the date and time of a paid in full registration.
